Terms and Conditions for Excellent Truck and Auto Corp.
By signing this agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:
1.1. This agreement is a contract between the student and Excellent Truck and Auto Corp. No verbal statements or promises will be recognized.
1.2. The total contract fee is to be paid in full by the lesson number as indicated in the contract.
1.3. No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a fee of $29 per lesson. For the 5-hour class, no-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a fee of $59.
1.4. Cancellation of road test appointments will incur a $19 rescheduling fee, and same-day cancellations will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
1.5. Instructors are not allowed to give private lessons. All transactions must be done through the school.
1.6. If you are under 18 years of age, this contract must be signed by your parent/guardian/person
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Excellent Truck and Auto Corp.
2.1. Prepaid courses are subject to a refund with a prior notice of at least 24 hours.
2.2. If the school is unable or unwilling to complete the prepaid course, all payments made by the student will be refunded, except for the enrollment fee and the per-lesson tuition charge for lessons already taken.
2.3. If a refund is requested, you are breaking the package, and the services you took up to that moment will be charged as individual services.
2.4. A 10% service fee will be deducted from all refunds, no exceptions.

STUDENTS THAT WITHDRAW FROM THE DRIVER EDUCATION PROGRAM PRIOR TO COMPLETION ARE ENTITLED TO A PRORATED REFUND ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE.
WITHDRAW PRIOR TO START OF CLASS 100% OF FEES (MINUS 10% OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT).
REQUEST FOR A REFUND MUST BE SUBMITTED BY STUDENT TO OUR MAIN OFFICE EMAIL ACCOUNT INFOEXCELLENTDS@GMAIL.COM
REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BY THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE MOST RECENT PURCHASE.
